The principal, Don Yeatman, had a successful 25 year career in the Medical Device industry, holding numerous Sales, Management and Senior Management roles in his career for some of Americas best Device Manufacturers. Over the last ten years of that career, he worked closely with the Executive & Senior leadership of large IDNs across the US. He has a broad network of personal contacts in the Executive and Senior Management of many of Americas best Medical Device manufacturers and distributors. Chanin Wisler is Vice President of our Healthcare and Medical Device Division. She enjoyed a very successful 10+ year career in the Medical Device Industry, in the Operating Room and the Cardiac Cath Lab, selling capital equipment as well as implants and disposables with both start ups and large corporations. Having been a Presidents Award winning sales rep, a Rookie of the Year, and earning multiple Masters Awards and promotions to management and training positions, she understands what it takes to be successful inside the technical, competitive, and specific selling dynamic of the Acute Care Marketplace. With in- depth knowledge, insight, and understanding of the diverse company cultures in the industry, she is able to successfully identify strong candidates and provide a good fit for our clients. Chanins extensive contacts and relationships within the industry have proven quite valuable to our organization. She comes to us with a strong business background as well; she ran a successful mortgage business for six years as a VP/Branch Manager and Sr. Loan officer. Chanins interests include spending time with her family, SCUBA diving, photography, and real estate investing. In addition to our many personal healthcare contacts, we also provide our clients with a vast network of talented enlisted personnel, Junior Military Officers and experienced career officers. Based just outside of Annapolis, MD, YES has a formal partnership with an alumni group from the United Sates Naval Academy. We also have many connections with the US Military Academy and the US Air Force Academy. We take pride in assisting these highly trained leaders as they transition to their second careers. Many of them have extensive high level operational, financial, technical, clinical and leadership experience.
