Description: Our client is a Fortune 100 Company –and a global leader in healthcare technology and medications safety. They have a great career opportunity for a highly professional sales manager that wants to sell at the executive level. This position would have you calling on the C Suites of large IHN’s and teaching hospitals selling a med safety platform used in the Critical Care areas. There is a mix of device, associated disposables for the device; and an embedded software platform that interfaces with the hospital's Network (IT). This position is expected to lead the sales team in these larger, strategic accounts, managing the team with “dotted line” responsibility.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus; 7-10 years of selling in the acute care arena and 3+ years in sales management with direct rep responsibility. They will have demonstrated high level of success in each position . The ideal candidate will have experience in selling capital equipment and / or devices used in the critical care units; plus medical software and IT experience. Selling professional services (software licenses, implementation services, etc) is a real plus. Previous success in selling and developing sponsorship at the executive level is a must. Strong leadership, attention to detail, preparation of RFP’s / RFI’s is a must. The territory covered will be MO, down to western TN, Arkansas and down to LA. St. Loius, Memphis, Little Rock and New Orleans are desired location for candidates
Salary: $80-$90 K Salary
Clearance Required?: Comm & Bonus can reach $100K
